Special and/or sensitive personal data we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have consent from parents or a guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you believe that we have collected personal information about a minor without such consent, please contact us at info@ev-quip.be, and we will delete this information.

EV-quip processes your personal data for the following purposes:

Viewing, adjusting or deleting data

You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data, or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data, to info@ev-quip.be.
To ensure that the request for access was made by you, we ask that you send a copy of your identity document along with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and national identification number. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
